What do we request from you?
Park Rules

Speed Limit 5 mph througout the entire park.
- Quiet time is 10 pm till 7 am
- All vehicles must have passes. Those without are subject to towing.

ONE vehicle per site Others use overflow parking. Back into overflow parking with pass in front for staff to view.

NO parking on the grass, vacant lots, or sideways on sites.

NO cutting through vacant lots or grass. Stay on the road until you reach your site.

NO washing of units or vehicles allowed.

NO oil changes or mechanical repairs allowed.

NO outside firewood allowed. Must be purchased at the office.

NO carpet of any kind allowed on grass.

ALL satellite dishes must be next to or on your unit. Not on the grass. If you are unsure where to place, PLEASE ASK.

NO clotheslines permitted.
Pool Rules

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

Hours: 11 am to 7 pm.
- No Food or Glass in the pool area.
- No Pets in the pool area.
- Food is only allowed in the covered patio.
- $3 fee for guests per day.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
Pet Rules
- Pet fences allowed. Must be maintained daily or fee may apply.
- Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times.

Pets are not to be left outside or unattended at any times.
- Please clean up after your pet immediately.

Pets not allowed in any building, office, or pool area.
Visitor Rules
- All vehicles must stop at office to register and receive pass.
- Visitors must park in overflow parking after check in.
- Visitor pass required to be displayed in vehicle. Overnight fee is $5 per person, no exceptions.
