How to Opt-In (Join the Program)
While you are checked in as a registered camper: Text the keyword ALERTS (or YES) to 833-427-3817
You will immediately receive one confirmation message, such as: “Reply YES to confirm RV Park alerts. Critical notifications only while checked in. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
After you reply YES, you are fully opted-in and may begin receiving alerts.
How to Opt-Out (Stop Receiving Messages) at Any Time Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to 833-427-3817
You will immediately receive one confirmation message, such as: “Pine Grove RV Park: You have successfully unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS alerts. For help call (402) 944-3550”
You may rejoin at any time during a future stay by texting ALERTS again.

All major U.S. carriers are supported. The program is only available to mobile phones with U.S. or Canadian numbers.
